Our vision for this role:
As Account Executive You will be based close to our Headquarter in Munich or remotely outside of Germany, also with flexibility for Hybrid/Remote Working.
You will establish, manage and grow our client business in the Enterprise Segment especially for the Nordics territory (Benelux, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, etc)

In your everyday work you have a diverse range of tasks with lots of space for development:
- Develop the client portfolio by determining the companies and key accounts to approach, identifying the decision makers, and determining strengths and weaknesses to effectively communicate key selling points and value
- Proactively prospect on your target and on the leads that will be assigned to you (phone, email, visits, support...), analyze the needs of each prospect and propose the appropriate solution
- Reports on sales activity and forecast to Sales Management
- Consistently manage your pipeline and close new business at or above quota level, also in close collaboration with our partner ecosystem
- Lead commercial negotiations until signature and build customer loyalty
- Develop new partnerships and work collaboratively with Contentserv Partner Managers, Presales, Inside Sales as well as Marketing and Technology departments to evolve and implement our sales strategy when new features of our platform are introduced
- Define the strategy for responding to calls for tenders in a qualitative manner and within the allotted time, and develop commercial proposals (functional and technical) in close collaboration with the Professional Services team
- Pre-sales support with response to calls for tender, preparation and co-leading of demos and POCs
- Present our solutions during meetings with customers, prospects and partners, and provide strategic advice to clients, customers, prospects and partners on PIM, MDM, DAM and e-commerce/marketplace initiatives
- Participate in marketing and sales activities (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
- Stay up to date with new information about the company and the market
