Our vision for this role:
Based in Munich, you will work closely together with a diverse team in a split set up. This role gives you the unique opportunity to gain a holistic view on the whole HR value chain and strategic topics from global steering to regional implementation. Your responsibilities include providing support to our Global VP People & Culture on all organizational and also strategic matters while at the same time acting as an inspiring People Partner for our Teams in Europe. Your responsibilities include e.g. serving as a communication interface between different regions, playing an active role in building a collaboration culture in the team and the wider global community and achieving staffing objectives by working closely with other local People Partner, Hiring Managers and Head of Departments. Furthermore, you will have the chance to participate in project work where required.

In your day-to-day work, you will have a diverse range of tasks with plenty of room for development:
HR Strategy and Implementation:- Develop and implement People & Culture strategies that support the company's growth objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure alignment of People & Culture policies and programs with European labour laws and regulations.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to making hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Employee Relations:- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on People & Culture-related matters.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management:- Implement and oversee performance management processes, providing support to managers in goal-setting and performance evaluations.
Training and Development:- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
Benefits and Compensation:- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Collaborate with Finance and Payroll Department to support payroll processes across the regions.
Compliance and Reporting:- Ensure compliance with European labour laws and regulations.
- Generate People & Culture reports and metrics for management review.
