We are looking for a smart, good-natured, full-timeIT Support Specialist who wants to work in advanced Microsoft 365 cloud services environments supporting end users with their Windows PC's, Mac's, Linux PC’s, iPhones, and Android devices connecting primarily to Microsoft 365 cloud services like Exchange Online, Teams Files and OneDrive, Microsoft Teams Phone System, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and sometimes Azure Virtual Machines.

- Supporting users accessing Microsoft 365 cloud services and Google Workspace
- General troubleshooting of Windows OS, MacOS, Linux, Android and iPhone mobile OS's
- Internet connectivity troubleshooting
- Setting up user accounts and subscriptions
- Windows OS deployments and user computer setups
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good Linux experience
- Experience in scripting languages, PowerShell and bash
- Microsoft Intune administration, Defender and Atlassian products
- Familiarity with SSO / SAML in regard to both user provisioning and authentication
- Capable of learning day to day IT operations to allow for quick resolution of Tickets/Cases
- Willingness to learn new technology and their respective platforms to better service the client and grow your career
- Basic understanding of cyber-security concepts and technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Azure conditional access, searching email security logs for confirmation of SPAM/phishing emails, and assist with reviewing SIEM/SOC alerts
What you will do:
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- See the world through the eyes of the customer by setting client expectations appropriately throughout the troubleshooting process.
- Log, track, and manage service requests and incidents using the help desk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
- Resolve incidents and requests related to, but not limited to the following: Office 365 applications, Office 365 services, Client Connectivity issues, Time Sensitive Laptop incidents, VPN Remote Access, Password Resets, Microsoft MFA Assistance to name a few.
- Assist in the creation/updating of Intune applications, configuration profiles, and asset report generation.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enforcement of Azure Active Directory/Active Directory user accounts, Group Policies, Intune configuration/application profiles, and SaaS application sign ins/provisioning.
- Interface with common technology support tools such as Intune, Auto Pilot laptop/desktop deployment, JIRA Service Management, Azure Portal, and the Office 365 portal.You will be placed under the responsibility of the Global Head of Internal IT.
